What I translate for SUNARP
SUNARP requires every document issued abroad to arrive apostilled and with
an official translation into Spanish. I handle Italian notarial terminology
precisely: procura, atto costitutivo, statuto, delibera, visura camerale.
Italian powers of attorney
Procure notarili issued before a notaio in Italy:
special powers, general powers, irrevocable powers for registrable acts.
Translation using the legal terminology that SUNARP accepts and that
the Peruvian notary recognises.
Deeds and notarial acts
Atti notarili, sales, gifts, wills, deeds of protocolisation.
Each Italian instrument has its own terminology and its own way of being
cited in the Peruvian registry entry.
Corporate documents
Atto costitutivo, statuto, delibere assembleari of Italian
S.r.l. and S.p.A. companies, for filing with the Registry of Legal
Entities: incorporation of a branch, appointment of a proxy, amendment
of the articles of association.
Certificates of good standing
Visura camerale, certificato di iscrizione to the
Registro delle Imprese, certificates of legal representation. Documents
evidencing the existence and current status of the Italian company.
