Documents

What I translate for SUNARP

SUNARP requires every document issued abroad to arrive apostilled and with an official translation into Spanish. I handle Italian notarial terminology precisely: procura, atto costitutivo, statuto, delibera, visura camerale.

Italian powers of attorney

Procure notarili issued before a notaio in Italy: special powers, general powers, irrevocable powers for registrable acts. Translation using the legal terminology that SUNARP accepts and that the Peruvian notary recognises.

Deeds and notarial acts

Atti notarili, sales, gifts, wills, deeds of protocolisation. Each Italian instrument has its own terminology and its own way of being cited in the Peruvian registry entry.

Corporate documents

Atto costitutivo, statuto, delibere assembleari of Italian S.r.l. and S.p.A. companies, for filing with the Registry of Legal Entities: incorporation of a branch, appointment of a proxy, amendment of the articles of association.

Certificates of good standing

Visura camerale, certificato di iscrizione to the Registro delle Imprese, certificates of legal representation. Documents evidencing the existence and current status of the Italian company.

Process

From the notaio to the registry entry

  1. 1

    Apostille in Italy

The notarial act is apostilled at the Procura della Repubblica with jurisdiction over the territory. Without the apostille, SUNARP will not accept the document.

  2. 2

You send me the apostilled PDF

By WhatsApp or email. I review, confirm scope (number of pages, stamps, apostille) and send you a fixed quote the same day.

  3. 3

    Official translation IT → ES

Delivered in 48–72 hours, signed and stamped by a certified translator in Peru. Consistent notarial terminology between the Italian text and the Peruvian registry.

  4. 4

    Filing with SUNARP

With the apostilled original plus the official translation, the Peruvian notary or the client files the title with the corresponding registry office.

Investment

A clear, fixed quote

A 2–3 page special power of attorney, apostilled, official translation signed.

Corporate deed

On quote

Incorporation, articles of association, minutes of the shareholders' meeting. Fixed price after reviewing the PDFs.

Reference prices, not binding. Official quote as soon as I review the document.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask

Does SUNARP accept your translation?
Yes. The law requires an official translation produced by a sworn public translator or a certified translator in Peru. I am a member of the Colegio de Traductores del Perú (CTP 0745), and my signature and stamp are accepted by SUNARP and by the Peruvian notaries who assess the registry title.
Is the Italian apostille mandatory?
Yes. Any Italian notarial act intended to produce effects in Peru must be apostilled. The apostille is affixed in Italy, at the Procura della Repubblica of the corresponding notarial district, or at the Prefettura, depending on the type of document.
How long does the translation of a power of attorney take?
For a standard power of attorney of 2 to 4 pages, 24 to 72 working hours from receipt of the apostilled PDF. If the matter is urgent, let me know and I will confirm whether we can accelerate.
Do you also work with Peruvian notarial offices?
Yes, I work regularly with notaries in Lima who receive Italian powers of attorney and deeds. I can coordinate delivery directly with the notarial office if the client so requests.
